    Default Floppin a set late

Know absolutely nothing about absolutely anyone. Absolute tourns are easy. I really, really want to get paid here. How do I do it? I think I bet too hard. Maybe check? I'm quickly learning the endgame is not my place.

18-man, 5 left. 4 pay. No one wants to go AI. Standard scaredness. I can (and just did) raise ATC on the button. Whether theyre aware of this or not is anyones guess.

    Pre-flop: (5 players) Hero is UTG with 5 5
Hero raises to t600, 3 folds, BB calls t400 (pot was t1025).

    BB checks, Hero bets t1000..

perfect flop. BB checks after calling preflop on a board that often hits a decent chunk of his pf calling range. bet for value, 1000 looks good, maybe make it 600 as a standard-looking cbet and hope he pushes over you.

900 will leave a psb at the turn. Nice hand.

I would make it 750-800 to go on the flop as a standard c-bet which also denies opp odds to draw to an (unlikely) straight, but otherwise I play it exactly the same.

Preflop: I may limp 55 from UTG 5 handed, but given your stack a raise is fine too.

    Your flop bet is fine

Preflop looks fine. Your flop bet is fine, but as others have said a little less works on thinking players. You have to bet this flop since it probably hit opponent and you want to give him the wrong price to continue.
