Just one small comment on hand 23. Something I've learned in the past is that ANY pair heads up is a good hand. For me his all-in there was either a flush draw, a K, 6, 4 or a bluff (he could be boiling with your all-ins before). I might have called him there and I would expect to be in front most of the time. If he happened to have a better hand then a pair of 4, then NH to him!

As I mensioned in the past, to win a heads up you need to get lucky! (This only applies when your M is small, i.e. not something like 30-40) Of course you also need to play well, but luck plays a very big part on it!
At least this is my approach to heads up game and I can say it has served me well until now.

    hand 23 is fine.

Jimmy i wud almost never call that allin. we could be out kicked, out paired and if he has a flush draw he prob has overs to our 4's.

I strongly disagree with the luck in HU games tho.

Hmm ... maybe it's been my experiences, but at the $27 I would say that this is more a bluff from a desperate guy then something else ... of course he could have a bigger 4, a 6 or a K. A guy did this move to me with an inside straight draw in a $22 SNGs 4 days ago with the same kind of stacks!.
I might call here (maybe something like 20-30%).

I think we had this argument before Like Harrington (vol II) says: "Cards rule in Heads up matches!" (if I remember correctly).
