How do you define early stages? I play MTTs, are we talking about first 3 blind levels - ie. BB<100?

I usually open-push JJ+, AK at this level.. good results.

No one in these tournies are good at all. You can really do anything, open pushing, raises a crap load and pushing flop, or playing normally. Either way you're going to win.
