Default $10NL Some questions on odds

I have a pretty good hand but bad position, I make a larger raise to try to force people to reveal the strength of their hands or else fold! On the flop it's checked to me and I have TPTK but with a flush draw so I bet. After the c/r I am getting nearly 4-1 I think so is it correct that if I am more than 25% to win I should call? So what are the odds of beating trips? Or a combo str8 and flush draw? Or an unlikely overpair? And what about the hammer of future bets? Is the fold correct? I really need to start thinking about poker the right way so any help is greatly appreciated and all comments on everything I say is welcome

It's borderline, but I make a call because I'm in position. Consider what they do on the turn as guide towards finding a showdown.

easy call on the flop. You would have to know that villain is super passive and only raises with 2 pair+ or something to fold.

Learning how to play poker is learning the turn and river after this. Does he call with KJ or 9J and play the draw aggro (unlikely at 10NL)? Did he call with QT (likely)? Set is possible, so is Qx and way worse.

If he bets $1 on the turn I would raise to a PSB because donks do this to buy cheap cards for draws. If he bets $4 you could fold fearing the hammer.

Why do you say you have a FD?

So at this stage is it possible to apply reasonable percentage chances to the various hands he might hold or do I need to see what he does on the turn? Once I have decided how likely various hands are I need to know my chances of beating them I guess, no substitute for knowing those odds cold. From my limited experience I don't see much raising with less than 2 pair and there seemed so many ways for me to lose even if I wasn't already losing so I folded fearing reverse implied odds. Could be too weak though.

Sorry I wasn't clear I just meant there was a FD on the board so I bet to protect my hand
