Default Top Two on 3-flush flop

villian is 33/9/1.4, seemed solid, but capable of stupid calls prf from time to time. if there aren´t already two diamonds out there, a bigger flopbet would have been better, right? faced with two opp i thought i can block the flop and maybe get two cheap cards to draw to a boat.

    any suggestions?

A solid who check-minraises then pots the turn?

If that aint a flush it's 66 IMO.
