Default going crazy with a bad draw

MP is tightish and really passive. No other reads. My image is not especially solid and part of the reason why I chose not to 3-bet PF.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP ($1936.75)
    CO ($1358.50)
    Button ($1057)
    SB ($565)
    BB ($1332)
    UTG ($1126)

Preflop: SB posts a blind of $5.
1 fold, MP raises to $30, CO calls $30, Button calls $30, SB (poster) calls $25, 1 fold.

    Flop: ($130) 7, K, 4 (4 players)
SB bets $70, MP calls $70, CO folds, Button calls $70.

    Turn: ($340) 2 (3 players)
SB checks, MP bets $180, Button calls $1057 (All-In), SB folds, MP calls $777.

    River: ($2354) T (2 players, 1 all-in)

    Final Pot: $2354

    I like it.
I definetely don't bet or call or fold pre. I'm not sure we can call, raise, bet or fold the turn either, the board is too scary. The turn is a pretty standard non decision.
You weren't dealt cards preflop and weren't involved in the hand whatsoever. You didn't really want to threebet pre without cards and chips.
However, I try to manipulate MP and BU to not go all in on the turn. Your presence alone should strike fear in opponents, they shouldn't want to go all in.
On another note, I think it's important we think of metagame here. If we only think about hands when we are dealt in, then how are we improving our play with no cards? We have to work on our table manipulatons not only when we're playing but also when we are not.
After this hand our image will go through the roof, no one will give us any credit.

I think you let cards play too much importance on your game. Next time, consider how not being dealt cards really doesn't always have to have an effect on the hand itself.

I disagree, not having cards isnt always the best or worst thing for not being part of the game. If we bet/call any two card pre/post/flop/turn/river then we are essentially making a good move by open not shoving nothing here.
