hand 1: really bad. By checkraising here you basically lay your hand face up. So if you want to do it (and you probably should a good % of the time) just stick it in and put him to a tough decision with heart and str8 draws on board.
hand 2: also really bad. call here preflop and play semi-cautious postflop as i dont remember ever seeing this player min 4bet in the times i have played him.
again your bet allows him to play perfectly- so perfectly in fact that he will probably fold AK here preflop, leaving you on an almost negative freeroll where you only get called as a 4 t0 1 dog, which is about half of his range imo. ugly.
