In retrospect I should've bet the turn harder. I wanted to keep the pot size small and get a call from a flush draw or Tx. Now that I am on the river I check to induce a bluff from missed spades. Wasn't expecting the 1.5x pot shove though. Standard call/fold?

id rather bet like $120 on riv and fold to a raise. this is a bad spot to induce a bluff because you its not an obvious call once u check and they push

I have been in this spot a lot and thought that I should check the river to induce a bluff. However, if opposition bluffs correctly I don't know where I stand. Hence, a small bet (1/2) on the river is suffice. Hands that I beat usually call or fold, hands that have me beat raise.
