Default Huge draw turns into bluff

Game is only 6 handed atm but it has just broken up so I think posting here is more appropriate. UTG was a 29/18 player. He wasn't bad postflop but not very good either. My image is likely pretty nitty but I have been getting more aggressive in the past few hands I'd played.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    UTG ($87.40)
    Hero ($53.95)
    CO ($30.45)
    Button ($48.50)
    SB ($65.65)
    BB ($22.05)

Preflop: Hero is MP with T, J.
UTG calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, 2 folds, SB completes, BB checks.

    Flop: ($2) 9, 4, 8 (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets $1, Hero raises to $3.5, SB folds, BB folds, UTG calls $2.50.

    Turn: ($9) 4 (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $6.5, UTG calls $6.50.

    River: ($22) A (2 players)
    UTG checks, Hero bets $15.5
    Look good?

you'd do it with a set so this looks good to me. If he looks you up with tp or some equivalent label him a station and take him to valuesville everytime you make a hand here.
