Day players and night players

I've noticed something over the past couple of years playing on-line poker and I wanted to see if you guys have the same correlation as well. It seems to me that people that play in the morning are much tighter than the night crowds. I see some of the biggest donks in the evening time and, although the morning crowds aren't much better, they are definately tighter. What have you guys noticed?

In the evening you have the hobbyists and the drunks. In the daytime you've got a higher proportion of people who play more seriously

Yup, its as easy as that, i mean alot of people are at work durings day hours and usually when they come home at the evening, they wanna relax and play some poker for fun. Nothing serious.

Plus, some guys want to break even before they go to sleep so you can sometimes feel some steaming going on. I love it.

What about weekend vs. weekday players? I saw some of the strangest all in action this weekend that I've ever experienced...at one table in the first four or five hands of the tourney I saw the button push all in only to get a call from the SB...they both had the same hand...A4 offsuit.

This was not an uncommon situation this weekend.

Well, it's not uncommon that alot people that have been partying friday or saturday, come home drunk and play some poker just because they maybe lost some money at the blackjack table.

It woudln't ne strange i you even saw good players show up during the weekends too, maybe players got a real work thats takes up all of their freetime. And, yes, you will probaly seem some more wackos that are playing for fun, they have worked hard all week long and wanna relax with some poker and then go bang their wife or girl all night long.
