Default JJ earlyish in deepstacked $26 FO

Villain is 19/12 over 93 hands, doubled up early by pushing 99 over a standard pre-flop raise and getting called by a fish with AJo (wtf?) and doubled up recently by raising pre-flop and massively overbet pushing a safe flop with KK and getting called by TT.

I don't play donkaments much and this situation seems marginal... flat call? Re-raise to ___ and fold to push? Re-raise to ___ and call push?

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Holdem Tourney - Blinds: 100/200 - 9 players - Converter

i think you have to raise unless there's some aggros behind. I just raise it up to 1800 calla push.

meh. The good news is, compared to ring, you'll be in much better shape against his range to get it in pre flop. Agree with ISF, bump it and be ready to get it in.

~10% of your stack to call. I like a raise and call push.

BTW play these lower $$ deep stack FT tourneys enough you will see people make some just unreal plays. Even in the 100 ones a lot people play exactly like they would with 1500 chips.

Ok, thanks. I re-raised to 2000 and called a push. Lost to QQ obv. Afterward I completely convinced myself that I shouldn't be playing JJ that aggressively with an M of 20. I'll try to undo that reasoning.

Tough spot. I'd probably flat call. Push if your stack is a little bit smaller.
