Against a full stack I dont miond the check behind on the flop some percentage of the time but still would rather bet. Against a short[er] stack I would definitely bet this flop. As played, we arent folding but Im unsure of what I think is best. He has almost half his stack in but this could easily just be complete air so pushing may just get folds a lot of the time. Regardless though, I think the fact that he has so much in already makes this a push.

Are you asking to raise or call?

You post the correct hand? This seems like an easy 3bet push.

    2 things.

In this game im expecting Ax passives to be limper by this sort of player. Also, if he bets the turn and i raise, he will find it hard to fold ANY tp hand and isnt good enough to block, he'll just call my 3/4 river bet.
I also, dont always have an ace here and like to take a free card and try and buy it on the turn.
the check is to mix it up.
Opp shows 33 after miff pushed turn fwiw.

In general im trying to get weak aces to bet and then have to look at a turn raise and think 'bluff?' and with the amount he has if he calls a turn raise its really difficult to find a river fold considering my line.

just bet the flop to build a pot. You could possibly call the turn since you're OOP, a spade may kill the action though, but It may not matter at that point.
