Default AJs vs LAG 3bet pot

Villain is 28/16, and I've been fairly tight on the table.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    SB ($82.35)
    BB ($101.50)
    UTG ($344.15)
    MP ($98.50)
    CO ($91.05)
    Hero ($98.50)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, J.
2 folds, CO raises to $4, Hero raises to $16, 2 folds, CO calls $12.

    Flop: ($33.50) T, J, 7 (2 players)
    CO checks, Hero checks.

    Turn: ($33.50) 8 (2 players)
    CO checks, Hero checks.

    River: ($33.50) 5 (2 players)
    CO checks, Hero checks.

    Final Pot: $33.50

Edit: Okay, let me explain myself a bit here. I really didn't want to fold to a push on this board and get raised out of my hand and wanted to see a showdown cheaply. After talking with Rondavu there really isn't much I can do with TP in a RR pot, as if I cbet and he pushes I have to call even if he only has QQ-AA here.

I bet flop unless villan is aggro.
Yeah, the flop sucks, but we can't just check what is probably the best hand on a draw heavy board. If opp is raising here a lot then yeah i check but otherwise bet.

I bet the flop especially if the villain is aggro, then I put all my money in the pot and profit.

Besides flopping the nuts what are we really hoping to flop here? I guess you're saying it sucks because it should connect with villain's 3bet calling range? Or are we solely putting him on 99-QQ after his PF call and feel like we need to spike an ace?

I definately give these guys too much credit in RR pots, and OOP. So, its hard for me to adjust to their loose calling range as I'm used to being behind so much in these situations.

Personally, i'd rather not hit my j on the flop and have a better texture than hit my J and have a bluffy texture.

    NH.

You could try bluffing out AA-QQ but you'd prob have to fire turn and push river.
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

I would always fire 2/3 flop bet in this situation?
His raising range in CO is pretty wide & on the flop we could be up against any pocket pair, & given he's 28/16 & not say 18/16 it makes me the think he could call 3 bets pretty loose as well, so possibly even some sc's, high cards etc. so I'm pretty sure I'm ahead of his range & might even call a check raise all in on such a draw heavy board.
    Is this -ev?

I don't really mind your line too much actually. I don't mind the flop check through, but I think we can find at least 1 street worth betting. If villain is a passive call centre then I bet this flop, and check through the other two streets.

As played - I think we can even find a value bet on the river, and get looked up my most pockets here, with how AK'ish we've played it.
