Fold. You are problay behind him, there are 2 flushdraws, straightdraw too. I cant see myself call the re-raise on the flop, sure you got a flushdraw, but look at your cards 4h 8h. There is no way you can call the $700 bet with only a "low" flushdraw and a pair.

Sure, you wanna "protect" your blinds, but i would even fold here PF, dont see the point of completing with 4h 8h. Just dump em.

Looks so, so its a definite fold preflop. No need to gamble with these cards at these blinds and buyins.

It was a $20 sng, I think it just says $50 there because that was the blinds.

I played the hand badly from the start, but once I reached the turn, what are my odds to call? I have flush draw, straight draw and 2nd top pair. I thought at very worst BB had paired the 2 and 3 on the flop.

How can you be playing $20 SNG's with a roll of 180? Plus your starting roll was $50?

Yeah, fold preflop, fold the flop, fold the turn. FOLD somewhere lol

    fold PF

you can see how bad most SNG players read a draw.

RE raise flop, then you could have pushed turn. Here I would just call but push most rivers.

You gotta fold PF so that you won't be in this position. More importantly you shouldn't be playing $20 buyins with your br IMO.

lol "baron_greenback's Play proper poker". Not wanna be mean but go read some post about how to play a SNG and play lower buyins too or else you will most likely go broke within some weeks or days.

My bankroll is no longer $183. I put that up weeks ago then couldn't update. I'll remove it immediately, as it seems to be having an effect on how people read this hand.

For the record, I folded on the turn, and he didn't show, but said in chat 2-3. If that was the indeed the case, does that change my move on the turn/river?

$25 into an unraised pot of $225 - is it an insta-fold?

I havent even looked at the replys but you need to three bet this flop or fold the turn. IF you dont play well post flop you could fold pre.

    turn is an easy call/push.
It's early in the tournament though, and I'm not really hurt by losing what I've put in the pot. Also, do stack sizes come into it?

    no, because
    It's early in the tournament

The call preflop isn't too bad since the odds are there. Reraise the flop, get it in on the turn. You are a favorite throughout the hand.

I wonder if many people got this advice?
