    Default i play bad

    no reads on anyone, except that people on party seem to call a lot looser.

    Hand 1: not against an unknown.
    Hand 2: What's the point? Don't lead turn and just check call the rest of the way to reasonable bets.

    In general, when three barreling with no scare card make sure the guy has a very low WTSD% at least, if not having seen him fold in that situation.
    And also in general when u have a hand with SD value that ur not sure is the best hand you should probably just check/call.

    so against an unknown we should be check/folding the river?

    and yeah, hand 2 was just poorly played, hence the thread title. checking behind the turn for pot control and calling a reasonable bet on the river is probably best.

    Hand 1, I probably just don;t bet turn, wait till you have reads. I'd two barrel on scare cards and shit but he may not even fold a pp to a two barrel.

    Hand 2: It's not really pot control, plz dont use that term here, i think it was green plastic that said pot control is the most overused term by low stakes players. You're not betting here because you're not sure if u have the best hand, but truthfully i dont mind putting my stack in versus a minraising donkey.
