I think someone didn't get the memo that to play beer pong you need.... BEER! Without it all you have is some silly little skater throwing around ping pong balls in his garage. Anyways, it's pointless to debate someone's beer pong skills until you see them in action after a minimum of 3 solo games, 4 with a female partner or 5 with a male partner.

So what rules do you guys all use for your house games of beer pong?

We usually play 10 cup using 3 beers. 2 reracks allowed at any time when there are 6 cups or less remaining. Bombs are in effect, where if you make both throws in the same cup every cup touching that cup and that cup have to be drank. You can pull a cup as soon as it is made so this makes it more difficult. Bounces count as 2 cups, On fire is also in effect where if someone makes 3 cups in a row they get the ball back and keep throwing until they miss.

Thats pretty much all I can think of off the top of my head. I have seen all kinds of different rules at different colleges so I think it will be interesting to see how everyone else plays.

we played a different version of beer pong called beirut. Two teams of two and each person has a 6 cup pyramid in front of them. When one side of the table is down to 6 total cups, they are reracked into a pyramid of 6.

Bitches blow, guys finger - if the ball is swirling around the lip, bitches can blow on it to try and knock it out, guys can finger it.
If both teamates make a cup on the same turn, the balls are returned to them.
Knocking the final cup over is perfectly legal
Elbows can't cross the table
Redemption - if one team gets their final cup sunk they have one single shot to make a cup. If they make the cup the game is not over.
Losers reset and refill.

Rebuttals?

We play with rebuttals. If both players make the final cup there is none, but if one of them misses both members of the opposing team get to shoot until they miss. If they there are no cups remaining after the rebuttal 3 cups are set up and another beer is poured in them and overtime commences with the same rules as above.

Bombs depends on the players.. some people wont do them. Ive never seen it happen anyway

I actually hit a bomb a couple nights ago, it helped that the other team was slow to pull a cup but it was pretty sweet. It was the middle cup too so they had to drink 7 cups right off the bat.

If you illegally swat a ball in our games its a 1 cup penalty. This can be fun if you do like 6 bounces in a row then throw an *almost* bounce and theyll almost always swat it and have to take the penalty cup.

I like to be sneaky with bounces, go for them when the other team is distracted. Im really bad at it, but its fun cuz everyone takes this shit so seriously and gets annoyed.
