Default low and med PP on paired flop

I'd like to have some feedback/discussion on playing low and medium pocket pairs on the flop, on paired boards.

Let's say the board is :
    :Qc: :Qs:

What would you do in the following situations, and why?:
1a. You hold on SB, called a raise. You're first to act
1b. You hold the same on button, called a raise, villain c-bets
1c. You hold the same on button, called a raise, villain checks

2a. You raised pf with ..you're OOP
2b. You raised pf with the same..you have position, villain checks
2c. You raised pf with the same..you have position, villain donks

    3 abc+ 4abc: Same, but now you hold ...

If you don't like commenting on all scenario's, just thoughts and advice are appreciated too. In general, I think we're ahead villains range usually, so we should act accordingly. So maybe there isn't even any more to say about it...well then it just filled my working time .

    These are my thoughts:

1a: c/r, done with the hand when called
    1b: call, reevaluate turn
    1c: check behind, call/bet a turn

    2a: bet
2b: uhhh bet? not knowing what to do on turn..
    2c: raise, done when called

    3a: bet...hmm is that weird as I would c/r 4's?
    3b: call...fold or call a turn
    3c: bet

    4a: bet
    4b: bet
4c: raise...maybe calling a turn bet, maybe fold turn

does your opponent always c-bet. Its more about how your opponent reacts to this spot than it is about your hand.
