Default Loose preflop call by me. Do I need a more aggro line?

This guy was running 25/20 or so and raising a lot in the CU or button.
With him c-bet/calling the flop to me and checking the turn, do I have to play it strong on the turn too? I think he's kind of a loose caller, do I still want to bet the turn?
When I was reviewing it seems like I have to keep the pressure on, but I've been leaking a lot of money by continuing to be aggressive on later streets by bluffing and/or semi-bluffing.

I'm not the best in playing draws fast, so other people will probably give you more extensive answers...

By raising the flop, you bought yourself a free card.
You got it.....so take it. After villain checks the river, you can try to take it down with a big bet.

If you feel like representing the set, then bet the turn and expect to win the hand right there.

    Re-raise preflop.
I would play post-flop the same usually, I think betting the river is bad.

Seems fine to me. You can 3-bet pf if you are willing to do so light.
I would be more likely to bet turn or river if I didn't have a 9. After flop action, a bigger draw is large part of his range.

I perhaps would 3-bet preflop which makes betting the turn so much easier. As played is weak but OK. Against the right opponent I often bet the turn as well just to get paid on the river when I hit, as SSSH NL players don't expect you to play draws that aggressively.
