Preflop: At this point in the tourney, I would fold this preflop. You don't have implied odds to play for set value (basically, you need to be able to win 15x the chips you need to call to have roughly correct implied odds) and because opp's stack is short you don't have this. Also, you say you are in MP so there are 4-5 players still to act, any of whom could raise whereupon you would have to fold.
Flop: fine
Turn: With 375 in the pot I make it 200 to go. A 200 bet will fold everything that a 300 bet will and save you 100 chips if you have to fold.
River: Tough spot. There is 1625 in the pot and it is 650 for you to call. I still think I fold this despite the good pot odds - it could be a desperate river bluff but it could be a slowplayed ace or set.
