Default Deal Making and my Final Hand

My first really big live tourney (I have played a few smaller ones and done ok) and I am at the final table. Two questions.

Prize Structure for top 5 is as follows (Rands not Dollars):
    540k
    324k
    261k
    180k
    144k

    Question 1 - Deal Making
I am short stacked with about 180k in chips. Next level blinds is 15 000/30 000 with 5000 ante. The other 4 guys get together during the break and propose a garunteed 200k each and we play for the rest (added money to 1 and 2). There are two stacks of about 600k, two of about 300k and me. Is anyone saying no?

    Question 2 - Final Hand
So now we down to final 3 with one very big stack, me on about 480 and 3rd place on about 300. Blinds at 20000/40000 and 5000 ante. Im on the button and get JQ spades. I raise to 160,000 and small blind thinks for an age before pushing. Big stack gets out the way.

Small blind had been tightest player all day in my view and I had been super aggressive for a while managing to get my short stack through some trouble without going to show down and also climbing 2 places as others got eliminated.

I had him covered by 80k and I couldnt lay it down. He showed A7 clubs and hit his flush. Bad play on my part?

Interesting thing is I then doubled up next hand wth 44 and two hands later we played the exact hand (I had K7 clubs and he had JQ hearts) in reverse and he won that to to knock me out for good.

    1) Assuming it was a reasonable amount for the big stacks, I think dealing is good with those blinds

    2) I would move in just so he doesn't think you may fold, especially since if I understand the deal you're only playing for first now.
