I think the steal is ok if the blinds are tight, but I don't like it as much against spin, given your read. On the flop, your bet is fine. On turn, definitely check behind, since your hand can't stand too much heat. You want a cheap showdown with TPBK. On the river, I think you have to fold. Passive stations usually play very straightforward, I would bet he spiked trip tens or a weird two pair. BTW, when he calls your CB, that is usually a sign you're way ahead/ way behind in the hand, even if he's a passive station. If you had TPTK, I could see value betting, but here checking the turn is the best option.
