You've got an UTG+1 limper, an EP raiser, and then a BB reraiser.

By the time it gets back to you it's just you and the BB reraiser.

I guess he could just be trying to squeeze here, but it's a pretty ballsy squeeze with 3 other players in the pot.

Your raise looks like any of the following: 1) you have a monster and induced a squeeze; 2) you have a hand like AJs-AK or even 88-QQ that you were going to play to flop a monster but now that it's heads up you will try and play it stronger; 3) you have a low pp, suited connectors, or a hand like TJ-QK and realized that the pot is now big so you'll try and take it.

Given the way you played it preflop, it is actually very unlikely that you have a monster (or else you play monsters way too slow), so your raise looks more like a steal than anything else to me. But I am not the one playing - so all that really matters is your read on the reraiser from the BB. I know you said he can fold - but can he fold in this situation??

If your read on the BB is that he won't stack off weak, then this line is very strong. A good player has way too much behind without a hand in this spot to gamblements.

As Char said however, against a raise and a UTG limper, there is a better chance he has the goods.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

How often does a tight player re raise with something he can fold here? Given your read I think he has QQ+, AK, and you're maybe folding the QQ, but with this action I doubt it.

If he has AK maybe he'll do something silly like call and check fold the flop, but he also may stop and go you. In general I don't like the non push because he's got the first chance to move in on the flop. What's the plan if he calls and pushes a J high flop?
