Take my suggestions with a grain of salt, since as my sig says I'm just starting out. Interested to see how my thoughts tally with more experienced guys.

    My thoughts:

    Hand 1.

Raise more PF, especially from UTG. 4xBB raise is better. 2xBB is barely more than a min raise, noones folding with anything remotely decent here.

Flop, you've let the SB take control with a min-bet. You're still the PF aggressor even if it wasnt very aggressive, put in a 3/4-full pot reraise. You're letting way too many people come along for the ride.

Turn probably wasnt too bad. My guess is he came in with some crap hand and hit the trip 4s. This is why you dont let crap see the flop with a good hand.

Hand 2, better PF raise. Again maybe $1.25, but you dont mind a few people seeing the flop I guess. The flop bet should have been more though, if someones on a draw you want to take their odds away. $3, maybe more. Turn I'm not sure about the c/r, but having committed to it, you need to do more than min-raise I think.

Hand 3 - With a limper, definately raise higher PF, say $1.50. The cont bet should be a bit higher, but its in the ball park. If you're going to raise his raise, you need to do more than min raise him. Push or Fold.

In general, you dont do enough to scare people off, the more people seeing cards, the more likely you're beaten by something you cant read. If you make it scary to call, and they do, then that tells you something and you have a choice. If you make it easy to call then you dont get a feel for where you are if they do call you.
Just dipping my toes back in.

Your pre-flop is a small problem at worst. Your lines are terrible. Stop splashing around in big pots without a hand.

Hand 1: What are you trying to accomplish by betting the turn?

Hand 2: What are you trying to accomplish by check/min-raising a mostly blank turn?

Hand 3: cbet should be bigger, probably push over his raise.

Your post-flop bet sizing is bad, your timing is bad, I would explain but I'm going to bed.

Yeah I'd go a bit bigger preflop if $1 is not thinning the field. You want one caller, two at the most.

    1) I don't fold to the minbet, but why bet the turn? Bet when you make a hand

    2) You only have 70BB here so it's nice and easy. Just pot the flop, jam the turn and hope they dont suck out.

    3) Try to bet at least 2/3 pot on the flop, preferably more unless the board is very dry. They will chase regardless, so charge them. Easy push once shorty raises you.

    Good luck.
