Default Shove over with ATo to UTG raise? ($27)

UTG had been pretty LAggy, from memory HUD stats were something like 40/20. Clearly I have no fold equity here, but do I have the best hand?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP (t825)
    CO (t2890)
    Button (t1825)
    SB (t3140)
    Hero (t1380)
    UTG (t3440)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T, A.
UTG raises to t1000, 4 folds, Hero ????

My thinking in a spot like that, is that UTG is likely to throw a wrench into any blind steals we go for if we wait. That means we're in a situation where we can only steal with fairly premium hands in case we get called (more likely than usual). With those blinds and only one stack shorter I like a shove. We either get a nice pot if he folds, or we fare fairly well v's his range.

1000 seems like a large raise, is that standard from him? Do we interpret anything from that? Extra large coz he's UTG and wants to avoid any action? Or is it a sign of strength?
Just dipping my toes back in.

Do you really think I have more FE on the flop than preflop given I have 380 chips behind?

I think that it's borderline. You are essentially calling an all in. If you run the numbers with him raising 20% it's a call (or push, however you want to look at it since you have no FE) with or without antes. But, does the bet size of villain tell you that he is raising a specific range that could be < 20%? If so, it's a fold.

I think you're right, it is close. Treating it as calling an AI (which it effectively is), this is +EV if he is raising wider than 18% (33+,A5o+,A2s+,KQo,KTs+). I didn't have any reads as to the raise size being stronger or weaker than usual.
