Default Top two with 4 to a flush

I've not noticed villains hands at showdown, but he's been running at about 44/5/7 over 40 or so hands. He folds a lot, but whenever he wants to play he plays hard. He's overbet the flop, bet the turn, and pushes to any large raise about 3 times, and won each time he's done this. I've seen him overbet and take it down a few times as well. I've not seen him slowplay.

    I'm dealt in CO, 6max.

MP in the seat before me limps, I raise to $1.25, folds to MP who calls.

    Flop

    MP bets $5
    I raise to $15
    MP calls.

    Turn

    MP checks.
    I have $8 behind...

Do I bet, check and call it all-in on the river but hope it's checked to me, or check and fold?
