organizing a charity poker tourney..

Hey guys,

I'm organizing a charity poker tourney this upcoming week, and a problem I'm having is that I have a time limit on the room booked from 7:15-midnight.

So depending on how many ppl I get, how can I plan my blind structure to make sure that the tourney finishes on time, but still isn't so quickly rising that it turns into all-in fest early-on?

What kind of structure should I use for 16-21ish ppl?
