I might have made it 450 to go on the flop but meh. Once you hit trips on the turn there's no other way to play it.

Looking back at the hand, I'd normally make it more to go on the flop. I was more thinking of his min-bet being a weak bluff, than pushing out draws at the time though.

Considering how many chips you have behind if you are going to raise 450-500, shoving the flop isn't such a bad play either.

Yeah. Normally I'd bet 500 there if I thought about it, so that would only leave 800 chips behind. Not many cards on the turn would stop me pushing at that point I guess.
