Default What's the correct play here?

    PokerStars Game #10509233327: Tournament #53236820, $5.00+$0.50 Hold'em No Limit - Level VI (100/200) - 2007/06/19 - 03:26:09 (ET)
    Table '53236820 1' 9-max Seat #1 is the button
Seat 1: Annio (2545 in chips)
Seat 3: KingRonaldo (1015 in chips)
Seat 6: mikeneron (3190 in chips)
    Seat 8: Downer714 (950 in chips)
    Seat 9: 99killed (5800 in chips)
    KingRonaldo: posts small blind 100
    mikeneron: posts big blind 200
    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to mikeneron [Qd Qs]
    Downer714: folds
    99killed: raises 400 to 600
    Annio: raises 600 to 1200
    KingRonaldo: folds

The chip leader was raising 3xBB on pretty much every hand. Annio had been the chip leader earlier on but got involved in a big hand which gave the chip lead to 99killed. Annio was a pretty snug player. Seeing as the chip leader was raising every hand pretty much and Annio only raises twice the bet of the chip leader, what's the correct play here? Call and see a flop and then decide what to do OR re-raise?

I'd shove it and expect 99killed to get out of the way. I am never ever just flat calling here and I am never ever folding so I guess that means I'm shoving

At a $5.50 the min reraise could be anything. At higher levels it is a sign of strength or a representation. I'm with tai, I would shove.
