    They were suited!

Default A couple tough hands from a 45-man SNG.

TT UTG on the first hand. I hate playing this hand OOP, but I'm wondering if I played too weak with this line:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed)
    Button (t1500)
    SB (t1500)
    BB (t1500)
    Hero (t1500)
    UTG+1 (t1500)
    MP1 (t1500)
    MP2 (t1500)
    MP3 (t1500)
    CO (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with T, T.
    Hero raises to t60, 1 fold, MP1 calls t60, 1 fold, MP3 calls t60, 1 fold, Button calls t60, 2 folds.

    Flop: (t270) J, 5, 5 (4 players)
    Hero bets t80, MP1 calls t80, MP3 calls t80, Button folds.

    Turn: (t510) 5 (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks, MP3 checks.

    River: (t510) K (3 players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets t320, MP3 folds, Hero?

    Final Pot: t830

And this next hand, is there any way I can fold?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (9 handed)

    Hero (t1090)
    MP3 (t1305)
    CO (t4090)
    Button (t1185)
    SB (t5825)
    BB (t4795)
    UTG (t1515)
    UTG+1 (t1815)
    MP1 (t635)

    Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q, Q.
UTG calls t50, 2 folds, Hero raises to t250, 5 folds, UTG calls t200.

    Flop: (t575) 8, 7, K (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets t300, UTG raises to t1265, Hero...?

hand 1, if you don't like to play it OOP, why not limp, play it for set value and keep the pot small.

Hand 2, If you're going to bet the flop, and I think you should, you should push.

I suck at MTTs though lol. I've answered as if STT.

Hand one I think you need to raise preflop. You let him hit that King (assuming that's what he has)

Hand 2 is tough. Normally I'd probably push here knowing (or thinking) that I was beaten and hope for the best. I'm betting that's the wrong play though.

Hand 1: I’d probably limp TT UTG this early. If this is a low buy-in I know a 3BB bet from UTG isn’t gonna narrow the field. If you want to raise this up I’d probably make it 100.

Hand 2: The 5xBB raise is a little much, might telegraph your hand.
I think you’re pot committed here and this could be a flush-drawer thinking he’s making a play enough times to warrant the call. With a healthier stack I’d fold here, but with only 500 chips left I’d make the call.

Probably better off just pushing this flop and hoping.
