    Default Stats question: Turbos 6.50

I am currently playing the 6.5 turbos (for those of you who haven't noticed from my posts). Over the last 150 sngs (since June 11th) My 1sts 2nds and 3rds are all around the same.

(25 of each to be exact).

My question is this. I know in normal sngs you will have more firsts than seconds and more seconds than thirds (obv). Is the same true for Turbos and is there some evaluating I need to do to see why my 1sts aren't the highest out there?

(Overall I have around 900+ games at the 6.5's but don't have full PT stats for those.)

    Thanks as always,
    Jeanie

    very nice stats.

To answer the question: I wouldn't think there is much difference between turbos and regular speed sngs in terms of what distribution of placement you should have. Do you have reason to believe there should be a difference?

Seriously though, I've never read stats, or theories on this before, but my thinking was that for a decent play they'd have more 3rds than anything else (to account for the times they just manage to limp ITM), and then 1st and 2nd should be about the same. My firsts are definately lower than I'd like, but thats why you see me posting a lot of ITM and HU histories looking to improve that.

Well I assumed that it would be different because you generally take more flips and are more likely to go out on 40/60's 60/40's and 50/50's in a turbo than in a normal sng.

    Thank you btw

That would account for more short term variance, but longterm they should balance out.

Small sample but over my last 78 $6.50 Turbos I've placed the following:

    1st - 17
    2nd - 7
    3rd - 11

Doesnt mean much due to small sample but thought I'd post them anyway lol

Over 739 turbo games at $3.40, $6.50, $16, $27 and $55 (I think I lost some of my games from my PT) I have:

    - 102 1sts
    - 103 2nds
    - 94 3rds.

Default My results turbo vs non turbo

    Turbo 6.50
    1st 74
    2nd 81
    3rd 76

    Total 557 gms

    Regular 11.oo

    1st 16
    2nd 16
    3rd 15

    Total 116 gms

Really not much difference for me between turbo and regular, although the sample size is pretty small for regular.
