Not posted a Full tourney for a while. Will post this one as I felt my push/fold game was pretty good (comments?)

Finished 3rd. Mike Dee was tight passive and I was able to take his BB a lot. Mister PG. was quite loose. I didn't realise this until quite late in the tourney. He was raising with marginal high cards. Dirtyrotten was quite passive also. no real reads though.

Anything I don't comment on is fine. I won't comment on the hand you posted separately.

I think this is pretty good overall. Only major errors I saw were 14 and 15.

T 5 BU (M = 4.82; f+f+f+F) - good fold unless the blinds are very tight (which is rare in a $6.50)

8 2 SB (M = 6.16; f+f+f+F) - I think folding this is fine considering you have almost 10x BB, the BB has a big stack and your hand is very weak

7. 54o - I think completing here is a leak considering your stack size, even getting 5:1 preflop. You don't have enough implied odds to call here IMO.

9. ATs - I think this is absolutely fine with 6x BB against a button raise.

10. J7o - I wouldn't bother here. You have 12.5x BB so save your chips for a good shoving spot. If your stack was 3000+ or there weren't two big stacks in the blinds then it's a different matter.

12. A8o - this one is marginal unless the blinds are very tight. 0% EV according to SNGPT if they call with 44+, A7+, KJ+.

13. K3s - again, this one is read dependent on BB. If he calls tight then it's good, if he's loose then just dump it.

14. A4o - dump it from UTG with your stack size. Save your chips for a shoving spot. As played, I guess the flop shove is OK.

15. 87s - don't like calling here at all. Just dump it. You don't have implied odds to make this call. Alternatively, if you think he is stealing then shove back since you have him covered.

16. 72o - with the flush draw I might donkbet the flop. 350 or so to go.

17. 65o - again, this one is read dependent.

19. JTs - absolutely fine.

Hand 7 - This prob comes under the leak I'm trying to patch up which is acting before thinking. Looking at it now I have no idea why I completed as these are usually instafolded.

Hand 9 - Yeah, Mister. PG was loose, by this point I had seen him raise Q-Js then call a shove with it so my push over felt right and my read was correct.

Hand 10 - Blinds had been pretty tight. Tried a steal but it didn't work.

Hand 12 - Was surprised when I put the ranges into SNGWIZ and it came back a fold. Blinds had been playing tight but, looking at WIZ, not tight enough to shove. Was very surprised by this.

Hand 13 - BB had been tight. Put him on calling about 15% of hands (33+,A7+, A4s+, KTs+). Its a shove in this case according to WIZ.

Hand 14 - Yup, shoulda folded this PF and if I am playing it it's a shove. WIZ states a fold. Think I tried to get to smart and tried a steal.

Hand 15 - Same as Hand 7, acting BEFORE thinking lol.

Hand 16 - On the flop I didn't want to waste anymore chips on this hand even with the FD.

Hand 17 - with tight blinds I felt a shove was correct here. If we put oppo on the 15% calling range again its a shove, very very cl0se though

I think this is pretty good overall. Only major errors I saw were 14 and 15.

Sweet, I thought this was all very pretty except those two hands . Some really nice play in there. Tough luck to run into a solid hand first hand of ITM, but that was always a push, its just poker.

I think my biggest leak, as I've mentioned before, Is acting to quickly and not really thinking through (some) of my plays (like 14 and 15).

Do you usually bet the flop when you have crap in the BB and the flop is monotone with you having a low card of that suit (and it's heads-up)? I always assumed that doing so was -EV, but I haven't really thought through it and I'd be interesting in talking about it since it comes up fairly often in both cash games and tournaments. I wouldn't bet out unless I had a spade that I was comfortable value betting if I hit (like Q or higher, maybe J).

Good point, As my spade was so low I think it crossed my mind for 3 seconds about betting then decided it would be -EV to do so.

I think the bet would be more in the line of a bluff wouldnt it? Thats a scary board to call a bet on unless they actually have at minimum a draw on it.
