What did I do wrong in this tourney?

I really feel like I should have won this, although both people ITM with me were decent. I cant believe I got some of the hands I did and still came 3rd. I'm sure I did some stuff wrong, looking for advice on what. One thing I didnt do often was push, but we generally all had very even stack sizes which makes pushing a concern for me.

I had a note on SparkyHughes that he loves to slowplay and I've seen him check a set to and including the river before. That saved me some money sometimes, however may have cost me some too.

What you cant see in the above, is my favorite donkey has gone into maniac mode. Called an AI with a draw (flush of course) and hit on the river, and since then has been putting in like 25xBB raises PF. I've been waiting anciously for this hand

I've let him complete a few times, so raise him up from BB here. Flop the straight nuts. I think I bet well to get value out of this, but the third spade worries me. Sparky represents a made flush, he does this a lot during the rest of the game (added to my notes). I think he stole a lot of pots off sogtulakk00 with this move, after he really did have the flush the first and only time she looked him up.
