I would, but you need to play carefully even if you do hit an A or 6 on the river due to the risk of a) running into a full house or b) much less likely - being outstraighted.

I elected to fold for 2 reasons:

1) What is my postion if the A of heart landed and one of the villains was chasing the flush.
2) If the villain was slow playing trips then I am really stuck

The river was and A and the winning hand was KK.
