Hand 1 I call. Maybe he has TJ, but he could also have top pair weaker kicker.

Hand 2: Raise to 800-1k PF and call a push. As played you need to fold.

Hand 1 - I bet more on the turn - make it 300-350 to go - and shove over the re-raise. AK TPTK is very often the best hand in low buyins SNGs, particularly with the A on board. If he has a set, two pair or JT I pay him.

Hand 2 - I agree with bjs, 800 to go preflop and call a push. As played, flop fold is solid.

Edit - However, stacks are fairly awkward so I can understand your frustration here, but you need to make up for the 2/3 of the time that both of you flop squadoosh.
