    Default ROI and ITM Expectations

    I play @ Poker Stars mostly $5 SNG. What is a good ROI and ITM for these games? When should I move up to $10? At what ROI, ITM and Bankroll should I consider when moving up to $10 SNGs? Also, how many games would you consider to be an adequate sampling for ROI and ITM? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
