I'd raise PF... as played I'd just call- likely behind. You'll still have a decent stack to play with and his line is strange.

Reads? Buy-in? Readless, I punch myself in the stomach and call, if only because you are getting more than 4:1 on the river. I think the mistake you made here was on the turn; checking would keep the pot small, and you can get away on the river if you have to. Again, here I would call simply based on the odds you're getting.

I call it. I'm not folding TP HU, but I'm not commiting any more chips to the pot.

I'm torn on the turn bet. You've got two flush draws (unlikely the diamonds count if he called flop bet, but still) and possible straight draw. I'd like to check this, but not sure I can.

As played, the odds on the river are much too good to fold TP. That makes it a great bet from Opp to extract value, however theres enough chance he's playing 2nd pair, or representing a straight that he actually missed to make it a call.

Sorry, sorry. I already edited the OP.
As for reads: for whatever reason, every so many hands villain has been raising 3xbb pf, but I haven't been involved in any showdown with him.
However, in relatively small pots, he'd been showing down extremely strong hands, say AA or Q-high flush. IOW, he's a caution sign (!).
I still managed to keep up.

Definitely raise this preflop, then the whole hand plays differently.

As played, crying call on the river. I have a hard time folding top pair heads up. Even if you're wrong, you still have 12x BB behind which is short but one double up and you're back in the game.

Raise preflop, as played reraise preflop.

As played call river and whip as he shows KJ or QT
