Default $16 turbo, SNGWiz says push.. would u?

    mkgringo is playing: 21.62/17.57/4.67/74

I've just recently DL'd SNGwiz at the suggestion of taipan. Sngwiz says push here... can you explain why this is correct for me and if you would do the same?

    Thanks,
    Jeanie

I almost always push in this spot here. As soon as you are ITM you go for the win (and hopefully suck out)

The blinds are huge, you're ITM, in an ATC flip you're slightly ahead, you have FE if he's tight. Okay, I'm just guessing now.

I think I fold, and just wait for one of the next 2 hands to push - chances are you wont get dealt 2 hands that are significantly worse.

I don't think you have any FE, as he's got to call here.

Easy shove for me with 4.5x BB. Your hand is better than the random hand, and even though you're shoving into the big stack, you still have some fold equity whilst if you wait another orbit and eat another 1050 in blinds and antes you likely will have none.

Q high from SB is good here. Chances of getting something better before we lose half our stacks to blinds/ante's are small. You're hoping for a fold from bigstack, 2nd best result is him calling with ATC. Other than that, hope you suck out if called.
Just dipping my toes back in.

I think you have plenty of fold equity. The big stack has absolutely the most to lose: He doesn't want to become small stack by calling with a marginal hand. Unless I had been pushing a lot recently, I am definitely pushing this hand, especially considering his stats.

If you're looking for reasons WHY this is a good push, I don't know about SNG Wiz, but SNGPT has a great interactive tutorial explaining why these are good pushes. I could post it in this forum, but it really helps to have SNGPT open while you're reading it (like I said, it's interactive).

Folding is terrible. You have a monster, I'd be pushing 72o here.

Quite simply, it's the gap concept; you push ATC in the sb because he can't call.

It happens. Sometimes you run into a hand. All we can do is work in ranges and probabilities.

The blinds will eat your stack if you fold, and this allows you to add 1,000 chips to your stack with relative safety (there is only one player left, and he usually folds).
