Default A few of hands from today...

Villain here is running like 50/30 over 50 or so hands, but he seems actually ok postflop (well still bad, but not a spewtard or calling station). I was worried because i actually think there are a lot of hands with a Ten in his range... what's your plan on this river?

Villain is newish and has been running kinda loose. No reads postflop. Should i be folding this anywhere, the river is really gross... i felt like i should've lead it but i checked to quickly without thinking.

    hand 1: lol call
hand 2: This is an extremely close shove or c/f hand for me. I think the turn lead out is decent since there's no dead money trap and BU checks behind too much.
hand 3: Versus a decent play I c/f the river but against someone who's loosish bad I probably bet/call.

hand 1: lol, his line makes no sense, cry and call. it could easily be 99-JJ or badly played AK/AQ.

hand 2: undecided between bet 30%/folding and check/folding.

hand 3: that's pretty sick...i'm betting the river, which makes calling a lot easier.

    Tough hands.

    1. I check behind the turn. I know there are a lot of cards you don't want to see on the river, but even against a loose player I'd rather play TPMK for a small pot and hopefully let him bluff into me on the river. Plus the only decent draw got there on the turn.

    2. I usually c-bet this flop, c/c is weird, not sure what I think of it. Again, the only draw gets there on the turn and c/c flop really looks like T9. I think I bet turn, maybe only $100 though. River, blech, c/f I think.

    3. I like every street. I can't put him on a hand that beats you besides KT.

Hand 3: I think this is QJ as often as KT, so I'd call.
    Rest I agree with zook.

Is bet/fold on the river in hand 2 bad?

Why would anyone push QJ on that river?
  7. #7
Because you only have about 3/5 pot behind.
He's probably checking behind with QJ though yeah.
Don't really know what you beat then, missed draw? Is that betting the turn?
