    Default Is this a fold?

This was in an 18 person SNG on Stars. We had not reached the final table yet so it was going to be a while before we are ITM. After posting the BB and with the blinds where they are can I afford to fold here? The table was very active with lots of push/steals going on. I also had just been moved to this table so I did not have any reads.

Comming from a tight-a** like me:
His range can be pretty wide due to his stack size relative to the blind levels. I would push this if the SB hadn't called.
If you fold, you will be pretty shortstacked but if you take a look at all the stacksizes you are still a threat to them so you can afford to push-stealing next hand or in the button and you will recover those 150 chips easily.
