My VP$IP for this tourney was less than 10%. I wasn't getting any cards, so maybe I was just getting antsy here. Was it worth the raise in this situation, or did I not pick a good spot?

You only have 11BB left so a standard raise is almost a 3rd of your stack, you're in push/fold mode here. QJo on the other hand is a very mediocre hand and should be folded here anyway. At a loose table I would push 77+, AJ+ from UTG here.
