Default $5.50 SNG BB on Bubble

I guess I should have just pushed the turn here, but I don't think it really mattered either way. How would you have played this hand?

Minor point, but since there's 5 left it isn't really the bubble is it?

Anyway, with your stack size at 7.5x BB you can't afford to minbet the flop. I would check the flop, folding to a bet. If opp checks behind and you hit your 2 pair on the turn, just open shove.

I guess I kind of classify the bubble as when I am <10BB and am in push/fold mode.

But that's not what it means, and that's really confusing. I'm sometimes in push/fold with 10 players left and that's no where near the bubble.

Flop is fine, maybe bet a little more.

Shove the turn. Worse hands call, you don't want to let a weak diamond suck out for free.

In general, in NLHE when you have about pot behind and you think your hand is good or have lots of outs you should just stick it in there.
