Default 5.50 FT Set on suited board

    my line looks horrible
pot the turn to find out where i am, when called and no FH on the turn check/call and try to see the river cheaply?
as played should i shove the turn? they gave me the right odds to call for FH and i still got plenty chips left so i can fold river if i miss..

I usually go for broke here too. Very few times I've able to get away from a beaten set. Maybe this is a big leak?
But, here there's a flush- and a turned straight on the board (assuming villain got only 1 card to the draw, say Q T). You have to price these out, hence potting the flop/ pushing turn.
    Build that fn' pot.

Now if you pot to 3/4 flop, and you get raised there, then you have to turn on the thinktank.

What he said. 1/2 pot is way too small on the flop as you're giving the flush draw good odds to call.

now considering i gave them too good odds to call on the flop, what does that bet on the turn more look like, an already made flush or a turned straight? if its #2 id say i got some fold equity and could raise...
didnt know quite what to do with the 200 bet... i mean i dont expect ppl to use blockbets @ the 5.50s (and if so it would be an obvious one), it does show strength tho to make a smallish bet into 2 ppl when theres a flush out there and one of them already bet the flop, confused me quite a bit
