QQ hand $16 turbo - what to do?

The 16BB raise makes me think I'm way ahead with QQ, seems like an odd raise with AA KK or AK. What's your play and thoughts on this hand, very early $16 turbo with no reads. PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver) Hero (t1500) MP3 (t1520) CO (t1470) Button (t1470) SB (t1480) BB (t1530) UTG (t1480) UTG+1 (t1500) MP1 (t1550) Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q, Q. Final Pot: t30 UTG + 1 makes it 320 to go...........sorry about the screwy hand history, cant seem to work it right on this one!

If you were on the button you could flat call and get 'em all in on a non A/K flop but since you're OOP the last thing you want is somebody cold calling behind you as well, so shove for isolation.
