    SB bets t1500 (All-In), BB calls t1480 (All-In).

    Surprisingly I always see this happen with quads.
    Never checked to river like above but similar.

    I've done the same pretty much every time I've had quads and been paid off most of them.

    2nd nuts, though. He could have lost at showdown. Should have bet and folded to a raise.

    You fold quad 8s on the possibility that opp has quad Ts?

    Just so we're all clear the guy with quads played this hand awful and just got lucky the board paired. Checking the turn is kinda OK but only after you bet the flop.

    Oh, oops. My bad.

    I agree though, terrible hand by both chaps. The chance to split the 40 chips and get my BB back in no way justifies calling off my entire stack because someones probably stealing it.
