    Well played, it is unlikely villian has a 3 (only hand he may call a raise with is pocket 3's)
    You are behind slowplayed AA and JJ, but there are a lot of hands you are way ahead off that will pay you off (AJ, KJ, QJ, QQ, maybe even mid PP)

    I would bet ~450 on turn then shove river, but this is fine.

    The flat call on the 250 flop bet is a little odd no? Maybe QQ. If they have JJ so be it. The 3 isn't/shouldn't be a worry. I might push the turn. You're ahead of most of opps hands (unless they are slow playing a monster)

    I play the 20's so not sure how this plays out in the 180's.
    It's not how many pots you win, it's what's in them that counts.
