Default K8o on SB in the bubble ($11)

All 3 seemed decent, extremely tight in the low levels and considerably loosening up after 100/200, the past couple orbits had had at least 1 shove pf per hand. Opp's stats 17/13/2 over 63 hands.

Edit: I just realized how similar this is to the hand topsoyale just posted. I guess in that case the consensus was to either raise or push, with the more loose table here is this a clear fold?

I'd shove it. You have an above average hand, BB's stats seem quite tight and you have him almost covered.

Basically this is an +EV shove if BB calls with 19% of hands (55+,A7o+,A3s+,KTo+,K8s+,QTs+) or tighter. Given your stats I can't see him calling with that many hands.

Unless I had shoved the previous two hands I would shove this. As Tai mentioned I don't see the BB calling here without a good hand, even if he knows you are stealing.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

    Without reads I shove it

The BB's stats are a bit misleading, up till 100/200 blinds they were more like 8/5/2. I had indeed been shoving quite liberally, stealing with any 2 every chance I got. With a generic with-no-reads range this would clearly have been +EV, but he had just a couple hands ago called a push from a shorter stack (7500 vs 2000 or so) with A3o.

My standard play here would be to push, but running this in SNGPT gave me a -0.4 EV and indicated a clear fold. This was quite a surprise to me and I really need to take a closer look at my pushes against looser opponents.

That's different. If opp was in the BB with a 7500 stack and got shoved into by a 2000 stack at 300/600 blinds that is an instacall with A3o. I mean, SB is shoving 3x BB here, he can't ever fold A3o, and similarly you can't assume that he'll call you that wide when you have him almost covered.

If you are getting a -EV result here I think your range for opp is too loose. If you've seen him call pushes from a non-short stack who almost covers him that loose then that's different.
