    HERO ???

I'm thinking AT+, 88, or 77, or at worst a flush draw like KcQc. Is it really worth the call early on when he has you dominated 2 to 1 in chips?

With some luck he's donk betting a flush/straight draw, but more likely than not he has Ax. You can't win the sng here, only lose. I'd fold.

    1) Why raise 7XBB preflop?
    2) If you're going to bet the flop, bet less. You are wasting chips.
    3) You've lost around half your stack, but I cant see how you can call . You almost always drawing to 2 outs here.

usually check this flop, fold as played.

Your betting cost you about 500 chips here. Had your pre-flop raise been 3xBB the pot would have been 300 chips on the flop (assuming both blinds still fold).

Then you could have put out a 270 chip C-bet instead of a 480 chip bet.

That would have made folding to the push a MUCH easier decision.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.

Ask yourself what hands call your overbet PF and fold.
Just dipping my toes back in.

If this was on stars...I call.

definitely have to fold as played, but as said above, there is no need to open with such a large raise. 4-5x bb is sufficient and should be standard for any raising hand.

I agree with the others, raising to more than 4x BB in this spot is a leak.
