    1) Call

    2) Difficult w/out reads/stats. Gotta push this though I think...?

Obv I don't know what I'm doing either, someone better will post soon, have no fear.

1=easy call, play for set value.
2=This is a push unless you have reads on big stack.

I call in 1 but obv fold to any pressure from behind. As long as you do play for sets only and don't stick around with an overpair you're fine and the hand plays itself.

2: Slightly tougher. A fold isn't bad here but you're likely to be crushing shorties range. If you have a specific read that the caller will call a push from you I'm going to fold, but if he can fold to a push then certainly push.

First hand I'm calling, playing for set.

Second hand I'm folding. Mainly because bigstack's call looks like he wants more action. Why didn't he reraise to isolate? He could have something real big QQ+ and wants you to come along for the ride.

vs unknowns I move in both, quicker in hand 1.

First hand i called and whiffed the set. Amadeus bet like 3/4 pot and everybody folded, and showed AA.

Second hand i actually folded (without reads). They flipped over garbage like Q8 and J9 or something like that. I was considering pushing but i thought i was flipping at best with the flat call, and possibly dominated. Maybe i'm just thinking too weak.

For hand 2-- did you consider a stop n go? Looks like a fair spot for it-- you'd have 2935 left to push into a pot of 3480 on the flop but the SB would have to call off almost half of his remaining stack to look you up.

    Call first for set/boat possibility.

    FOLD second.
  10. #10
Hand one is a clear call for set value.

Hand 2 is a clear fold, we may have one of these guys beaten (perhaps the inital pusher) but almost certainly not both. This is a standard fold.

Im not so sure its a standard fold. If you can manage to push out the big stack, which i think is very likely, you are wayy ahead of the initial raisers range. I also really doubt that in a 4$ tourney that the big stack would be slowplaying something that has 9s dominated.
