All of the above. There are far fewer differences Heads-up because you don't have other people busting (or not) effecting your cash EV.

True, but in HU SnG's you cannot: a.) leave whenever you want with the money you have, or b.) re-buy to continue playing if you bust.

But if you cannot leave unless you either win or lose, how do you determine the $EV, because it is all or nothing?

It is like (well it is) the bubble of a regular SnG. But with this we still can get some money if we are not the winner. Here we must win to get the money, so does that have any effect on EV?

Not a big difference in the play of hands. A HUGE part of SnG play and probably MTT play is bubble situations and stuff that has no relevence to a Heads-up tourney.
