kinda looks like you have a FD the way you played it. I think raising to $17 is better here. I think as played this is one of those situations where only better hands are calling.

What if I bet that and he pushes? Easy call? I think he could only have AJ, 44, 99, straight or flush draw. 44 and 99 and definitely going with me but at these stakes you rule out the drawing hands?

What's the best way to play this? I'm thinking call the flop raise and bet/fold the turn.

Uhh, definitely not standard. Call the flop and don't put too much value on your hand. I'm folding to most large turn bets. Your hand is essentially AJ.

If a non-heart hits on the turn, how much are you calling? What about if a heart a turns?

    1. Don't played scared
    2. Don't play 200bb deep if you aren't experienced
    3. I call reasonable turn bets

I'm not sure what I'd do on the river, do you have reads, you're deep so Im going to assume you've been at this table, what hands does this player c/r flops with?

FWIW I'd me more inclined to call if he bet a heart turn than if he bet a non-heart turn.

I wasn't at the table too long to be honest, I just quickly doubled up. I wasn't scared, I just was trying to make it look bluffy after being the LAG at the table (for a good few orbits at least). If I never get experience playing deep, how will I ever be able to play that deep then(not trying to sound like a douche)? I have played some that deep in the past and I believe I can out play most 25nlers at 200bb poker.

Yea I dont like the flop all-in at all. Might as well call the raise and shove over a non-heart turn, its much much better play.

He's pretty retarded if he calls your all in with a bare flush draw in this spot, but usually you'll get called by hands beating you/or combo draws so shoving like that w/out a read is bad.
Nine to five is how to survive - I ain't trying to survive / I'm trying to live it to the limit and love it a lot //

Can offer RB deals on most sites, PM me.

Unforunately, he was a retarded villain who called and turned the heart with the river being a brick.

I appreciate all the help. Definitely was a bad play on my part (and by his in the end).

Isn't it looking like the flush draw an argument for making this play?

You did the right thing then. And with this history, I'd probably do the same thing against this opp next time.

call flop in position- ur a megadog to his range when called as played

im gonna have trouble folding to almost any bet on a blank turn but im likely not raising.

im also calling most river bets on a blank.
